Terms of Service

These Terms of Service ("Terms") govern your use of NovaPush (novapush.bond), a multi-platform publishing tool that lets you upload a video once and publish it to your own connected Facebook, Instagram, YouTube and TikTok accounts. By creating an account or using the service you agree to these Terms. If you do not agree, please do not use the service.

01 Eligibility & accounts

• You must be at least 13 years old (or the minimum age required in your country) to use this service.
• You are responsible for the accuracy of your account details and for keeping your password confidential.
• You are responsible for all activity that happens under your account.
• Accounts may be suspended or removed if these Terms are violated.

02 Your content

You keep full ownership of the videos, captions, thumbnails and other material you upload. You grant us only the limited, revocable permission needed to store, process and publish that material to the social accounts you have connected, on your instruction. You confirm that you own or have the rights to everything you upload, including music, footage and trademarks.

03 Connected platforms

When you connect a Facebook Page, Instagram professional account, YouTube channel or TikTok account, you authorise us to publish content on your behalf through that platform's official API. Your use of each platform also remains subject to that platform's own terms and community guidelines, including the TikTok Terms of Service, Meta Terms and YouTube Terms of Service. You may disconnect any account at any time from the Setup page, which stops our use of the stored access token and, for Google/YouTube, asks Google to revoke it.

04 YouTube API Services

NovaPush uses YouTube API Services to publish videos to the YouTube channel that you connect and authorise. By connecting a YouTube channel and using the publishing features of NovaPush, you agree to be bound by the YouTube Terms of Service, the YouTube API Services Terms of Service and the YouTube API Services Developer Policies, and you confirm that you have read and agree to the Google Privacy Policy.

NovaPush requests a single Google OAuth scope:

• https://www.googleapis.com/auth/youtube.upload — used solely to upload (publish) the video files that you select to the YouTube channel that you own and have connected. This scope is required because uploading a video is the core function you have asked NovaPush to perform. NovaPush does not request, and cannot use, any broader YouTube permission such as reading your private data, editing or deleting videos, managing your channel, or accessing your account in any other way.

NovaPush accesses, collects and stores only the minimum YouTube data needed to perform publishing: the OAuth access and refresh tokens for the channel you connect, your YouTube channel ID and channel title, and the upload result (the video ID and status) returned by the YouTube API. NovaPush does not sell this data, does not use it for advertising, and does not use it for any purpose other than publishing the content you submit and showing you the outcome.

You can revoke NovaPush's access to your Google/YouTube account at any time from the Google security settings page or by disconnecting the channel inside NovaPush. Revoking access stops all further API use. See the Privacy Policy for the full details of what we access, how long we keep it, and how to request deletion.

05 Acceptable use

You agree not to use NovaPush to:

• Publish unlawful, hateful, violent, sexually explicit or misleading content.
• Infringe anyone's copyright, trademark, privacy or publicity rights.
• Send spam, run engagement schemes or automate abusive posting behaviour.
• Attempt to breach, scan, overload or reverse-engineer the service or its infrastructure.
• Upload malware, or bypass API rate limits and platform policies.

06 Service availability & changes

The service is provided on an "as is" and "as available" basis. Features may change, and publishing can fail or be delayed for reasons outside our control, such as third-party API outages, platform policy changes, revoked tokens or network issues. We do not guarantee uninterrupted availability or specific reach, views or earnings.

07 Limitation of liability

To the fullest extent permitted by law, we are not liable for indirect, incidental or consequential damages, lost revenue, lost followers, removed posts or restrictions applied to your social accounts arising from your use of the service. Your sole remedy for dissatisfaction is to stop using the service and delete your account.

08 Termination

You can stop using NovaPush at any time and request account deletion. We may suspend or terminate access if you breach these Terms, if required by a connected platform, or if required by law. On deletion we remove your stored tokens and personal data as described in the Privacy Policy.

09 Privacy

Our handling of personal data is described in the Privacy Policy, which forms part of these Terms.

10 Changes to these Terms

We may update these Terms from time to time. Material changes will be announced in the app or by email, and the "Last updated" date above will change. Continuing to use the service after an update means you accept the revised Terms.
